Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Request

Cancellation requests for paid registrations, stall bookings, or sponsorship packages must be submitted in writing through the official email address of World Textile India. The request must include the participant’s name, company name, registered phone number, booking reference number, payment transaction ID, and reason for cancellation.

Cancellation Time Limit

A cancellation request must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date and at least 30 days before the scheduled event date. Requests received after this period may not be accepted because event planning, stall allocation, branding, promotion, and operational arrangements may already have been completed.

Stall Booking Cancellation

Stall booking cancellations are subject to availability, allocation status, and work already completed by the event team. Once a stall location has been confirmed or event-related arrangements have started, the booking may become non-cancellable.

Sponsorship Cancellation

Sponsorship packages cannot be cancelled after branding, advertising, printing, promotion, digital publication, or other sponsorship benefits have been initiated or delivered.

Seller and Exhibitor Registration Cancellation

Sellers and exhibitors may request cancellation within the permitted cancellation period. Cancellation will remain subject to verification of the registration status, payment status, and event arrangements already completed for the participant.

Visitor Registration Cancellation

Visitors may inform World Textile India if they are unable to attend the event. Free visitor registrations do not qualify for any monetary refund because no payment has been collected.

Non-Cancellable Bookings

Bookings made under special offers, discounted packages, customised stall arrangements, promotional campaigns, confirmed sponsorship benefits, or last-minute registrations may be non-cancellable.

Cancellation by World Textile India

World Textile India reserves the right to cancel or reject a registration, stall booking, or sponsorship if incorrect, incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, or inappropriate information is provided, or if the participant violates event rules, venue regulations, applicable laws, or these Terms and Conditions.

Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, confirmed registrations, stall bookings, and sponsorship packages may be transferred to the revised event date. A change in the event date, schedule, venue, floor plan, or event format will not automatically be treated as a participant cancellation.

Event Cancellation

If World Textile India cancels the event and does not provide an alternative date, eligible payments will be handled according to the Refund Policy. Any refund will be limited to the amount received by World Textile India and will not include travel, accommodation, logistics, marketing, or other third-party expenses.

Cancellation Confirmation

A cancellation will be considered accepted only after written confirmation is issued by World Textile India. Submission of a cancellation request does not automatically cancel the booking or guarantee a refund.

Refund Eligibility

Acceptance of a cancellation request does not automatically confirm refund eligibility. All approved refunds, deductions, processing timelines, and payment reversals will be handled according to the Refund Policy published on this website.
