This policy explains how registrations, stall bookings, sponsorships, confirmations, and event-related services are delivered.
Nature of Services
World Textile India provides event-related services including visitor registration, seller and exhibitor registration, stall booking, sponsorship opportunities, event participation, branding, networking, and other exhibition-related services.
No Physical Shipping
World Textile India does not normally ship physical products purchased through this website. Registrations, booking confirmations, payment receipts, event passes, and service details are delivered electronically through email, phone, WhatsApp, or other contact details provided by the participant.
Registration Confirmation
After successful submission of a registration form, the participant may receive an acknowledgement through email, phone, or WhatsApp. Final participation is subject to verification of the information provided and approval by the World Textile India event team.
Payment Confirmation
Paid registrations, stall bookings, or sponsorship packages will be processed only after successful payment verification. A payment receipt, transaction confirmation, or booking reference may be sent to the registered email address or phone number.
Stall Booking Delivery
After payment and booking verification, the exhibitor will be contacted regarding stall availability, size, category, location, documentation, branding requirements, and other participation details. Stall allocation will be considered final only after written confirmation from World Textile India.
Stall Allocation
Stall locations and numbers are allocated according to availability, booking category, event layout, operational requirements, and organiser approval. A preferred stall location is not guaranteed unless it has been officially confirmed in writing.
Sponsorship Service Delivery
Sponsorship benefits may include branding, advertising, promotional visibility, event association, logo placement, digital promotion, or other benefits included in the selected package. Delivery timelines and requirements will be communicated after payment and package confirmation.
Visitor Registration Delivery
Registered visitors may receive a confirmation message, digital pass, entry instructions, event updates, or registration reference through their registered email address, phone number, or WhatsApp. Entry may remain subject to identity verification and event rules.
Seller and Exhibitor Registration Delivery
Sellers and exhibitors may be required to provide business details, product information, identification documents, GST details, company documents, or other information before their participation is approved and confirmed.
Delivery Timeline
Registration acknowledgements and payment confirmations are generally provided after successful submission and verification. Stall allocation, sponsorship execution, branding approval, and other customised services may require additional processing time depending on availability and the information provided by the participant.
Incorrect Contact Information
Participants are responsible for providing a correct email address, phone number, company name, billing details, and other requested information. World Textile India will not be responsible for delayed or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact details.
Delay in Service Delivery
Service delivery may be delayed due to payment verification, incomplete documents, incorrect information, technical issues, bank or payment gateway delays, government directions, venue requirements, operational changes, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Event Changes
If the event date, venue, floor plan, schedule, format, or other arrangements are changed, confirmed services may be transferred or adjusted according to the revised event arrangements. Participants will be informed through available communication channels.
Non-Transferability
Registrations, stall bookings, passes, and sponsorship packages may not be transferred to another person or company without prior written approval from World Textile India.
