Event Information

World Textile India is a textile exhibition platform created for exhibitors, sellers, sponsors, visitors, buyers, manufacturers, exporters, suppliers, brands, and industry professionals. Event details, schedules, speakers, activities, venue arrangements, and participation opportunities may be updated whenever required.

Registration and Eligibility

Users must provide complete, correct, and current information while registering as a visitor, seller, exhibitor, sponsor, or stall participant. World Textile India may reject, suspend, or cancel any registration containing incorrect, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information.

Stall Booking and Sponsorship

Stall bookings and sponsorship packages are subject to availability and final confirmation by the event management team. Submission of a form or payment does not guarantee a specific stall location, category, branding position, or sponsorship benefit unless confirmed in writing.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed or communicated are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, including GST, may be added to the final amount. World Textile India reserves the right to revise prices, packages, benefits, and promotional offers before final payment confirmation.

Payments

Online payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateway providers. Users are responsible for providing valid billing and payment information. A booking or registration will be considered confirmed only after successful payment verification and confirmation from World Textile India.

Payment Failure

If a payment fails, remains pending, or is deducted without confirmation, the user should contact us with the transaction reference number. Confirmation will be provided only after verification with the payment gateway or banking partner.

Cancellation and Refunds

All cancellation and refund requests will be handled according to the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy published on this website. Users must review those policies before completing any booking, registration, sponsorship, or payment.

Event Changes

World Textile India may change the event date, time, venue, floor plan, schedule, speakers, activities, facilities, or event format due to operational requirements, government directions, safety concerns, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants must follow event rules, venue regulations, safety instructions, applicable laws, and directions issued by the organisers. Any unlawful, unsafe, abusive, misleading, disruptive, or unauthorised activity may result in removal from the event without refund.

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, text, graphics, designs, images, videos, event materials, and branding belong to World Textile India or their respective owners. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Photography and Media

Photographs, videos, or recordings may be created during the event for promotional, documentation, advertising, and media purposes. By attending the event, participants acknowledge that they may appear in such event-related content.

Third-Party Services

The website may contain links to third-party websites, payment gateways, service providers, sponsors, or partners. World Textile India is not responsible for the content, availability, security, actions, or policies of third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

World Textile India will not be responsible for indirect losses, business losses, missed opportunities, travel expenses, accommodation costs, loss of data, personal belongings, or damages arising from participation, event changes, technical issues, third-party services, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Force Majeure

World Textile India will not be liable for delay, modification, postponement, interruption, or cancellation caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, epidemics, technical failures, security issues, civil disturbances, transportation disruption, or other events beyond reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
